While you can certainly do any workout you like during this program, we are big fans of yoga! Yoga offers strength and flexibility to the body and brings peace and alignment to the mind. These workouts are brought to you by Cat Meffan. Check out The Soul Sanctuary on YouTube for more of her stuff!
During this phase you can choose to add dairy and gluten back into your meals (follow the introduction guide in the program manual). However, you may have found that during the cleanse you feel better without too much dairy and gluten. Here is a full meal plan AND recipes to help you on this journey.
